Sour Cream Rye Bread (Abm) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup water
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 cups bread flour
    1 cup medium rye flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in the pan according to the manufacturer of your bread machine.
    Select basic/white cycle and medium crust color.
    Do not use delay cycle.
    Remove baked bread from pan and cool on a wire rack.
