Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 cup butter
1 egg
1 can tomato soup
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and allspice.
Add butter, egg and soup.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, constantly scraping sides of bowl.
Stir in oats and raisins.
Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheets (or parchment lined sheets).
Bake at 350F for 9-11 minutes.
