Mexican Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small green cabbage
1 small onion
1 green pepper
4 slices pimientos
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
Preparation

Shred finely the first four ingredients.
Mix the mayonnaise, coriander, chili powder and liquid smoke with salt and pepper to taste and pour over vegetables at last minute before serving.
