Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
4 tablespoons sour milk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas together and put aside after task is finished. Cream together sugar and butter. Mix together 2 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to make sour milk. Add in to sugar and butter.
Mix in two eggs, vanilla and baking soda.Add in flour and bananas and mix until all is well blended.
Pour into 2 or 3 separate loaf pans. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
