Heavenly Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans
2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons melted butter

Preparation

Beat together the first six ingr.
and pour into a baking pan.
Mix together the toppings and spread over the top of the potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
