3 Alarm Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 -2 lb hot monterey jack pepper cheese
1/4 cup pimiento
1/2 lb spinach

Preparation

Melt hot pepper jack cheese.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 c spinach, lightly steamed.
Add 1/4 c pimentos.
Stir ingredients together.
Serve hot.
