Ravigote Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    salt and pepper
    1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon capers, chopped
    2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
    1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped
    1 shallot, finely chopped
Preparation
    Whisk the red wine vinegar with the mustard, season, and pour in the rest of the oil while whisking.
    Stir in the capers, herbs and shallot.
