Whole Wheat Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups whole grain wheat flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 cup sugar substitute
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 large eggs
    3/4 cup finely chopped zucchini
    1/2 cup cooked mashed carrot
    3/4 cup chopped apple
Preparation
    preheat oven to 350\u00b0F spray a 9*13 pan.
    combine flour, cinnamon, and sugar substitute.
    in a separate bowl, combine applesauce and eggs. mix in remaining ingredients.
    combine wet and dry ingredients and spread in prepared pan.
    bake 15-20 minutes.
