Papier-Mache Paste (Not To Eat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups water
    1 1/2 cups flour
    3 drops peppermint oil
Preparation
    In a saucepan mix together flour and paste over medium heat until thick and creamy.
    Cool.
    Add Peppermint oil.
    Dip strips of newspaper, or paper bags into this mix.
    Rub off excess mixter.
    Place on form one layer at a time, and let dry.
    (Rip paper, don't cut it for best results).
