Turkey Herb Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs ground turkey breast
    1 cup diced celery
    1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley or
    1/4 cup chopped fresh tarragon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a jellyroll pan with aluminum foil Spray with cooking spray.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and transfer to pan and shape into large oval loaf.
    Bake about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let stand severl minutes before slicing.
