Pumpkin Pie Spice Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups canned pumpkin
    3 cups sugar
    1 cup water
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce (I use two single serve cups)
    4 eggs
    3 1/3 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    4 tablespoons pumpkin spice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350.
    Mix together pumpkin, sugar, water, applesauce and eggs.
    In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin spice.
    Slowly add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, beating until smooth.
    Split the batter between two 5x9 greased bread pans.
    Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool for 10-15 minutes, then remove from pans by inverting onto a rack and tapping the bottoms.
