Ninoofse Vlaai - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 liter milk
6 mastellen
1 cup peperkoek (or 200 grams)
1/2 cup crumbled macaroons
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
1 dash salt
cinnamon
vanilla
1 pinch saffron
rum extract
Preparation

Cook milk and mastellen together until soft.
Add all the other ingredients to the milk mixture and stir until very fine and is very thick.
Pour into oven dish and bake for 1 to 2 hours in 350-375 oven.
