Supreme Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb wild rice, cooked
    1 lb bacon, crumbled
    3 celery ribs, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup water chestnut
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook & crumble bacon, set aside.
    Saute onion & celery and mushrooms in bacon fat until tender.
    Mix all ingredients together, including water chestnuts.
    Cover & bake at 350 for 1/2 hour until heated through.
    Keep chicken broth on hand to moisten, in case of drying while baking.
