Nut-Free Paleo Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
4 eggs
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons flax seeds (Linseed)
3 tablespoons tapioca flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1/4 tablespoon sea salt
Preparation

Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or line with baking paper.
Mash banana and stir in eggs, honey and oil.
Add the wet ingredients to the banana mix and stir until well-combined.
Bake at 175\u00b0C/350\u00b0F for 50 minutes.
