Chuck Roast Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 lbs chuck roast
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
    1 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons salt
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Mix soup, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, sauce, mustard, and salt in bowl.
    Put meat in crock pot, then onion and celery.
    Pour sauce on top.
    Cook until meat shreds with fork.
    Crock pot 8-10 hours low-medium.
    Oven: covered 6-8 hours 250 degrees.
