Flounder Baked In Brown Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs flounder fillets
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    salt
    1/4 cup butter
Preparation
    Arrange fish in a single layer ub a greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with vinegar and salt; dot with butter.
    Bake, basting every 5 minutes with crisp brown butter scraped from the edges of the pan, coating each piece completely.
    Should be finished cooking at about 25-30 minutes.
