World Famous Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 dozen hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
    1 small red onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1/3 cup black olives, chopped
    1/3 cup green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped (can sub green onion tops)
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon black pepper (or to taste)
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 - 1/3 cup prepared mustard
    1/2 cup chopped dill pickles or 1/2 cup sweet pickle
    1 teaspoon cayenne
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon chopped capers
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    1 tablespoon hot sauce
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except the eggs in a large mixing bowl and taste for seasoning.
    Add the chopped eggs and serve; how easy was THAT?
