Denver Omelette Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dozen egg, beaten
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained
    1/2 lb bacon, fried & crumbled
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 cup sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Mix together all ingredeints.
    Put in a Pam coated 9x13 baking dish.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
