Zucchini-Carrot Bread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup water
    1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
    1 1/2 tablespoons honey
    3 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
    1/3 cup zucchini, grated
    1/3 cup carrot, grated
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
    After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing. (Remember to remove kneading paddle, if necessary.).
