Sweet Bulgur With Spices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup bulgur, medium grind
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 cup raisins
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 1/2 cups water
Preparation
    Place water and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil; add bulgur, spices and raisins.
    Cover, and continue to cook for 1 minute. Then turn off the heat and let sit 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the grind of the bulgur.
    Fluff the bulgur with a fork.
    Serve warm or room temperature drizzled with milk or cream.
