Mackerel Bagels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bagels, cut in half
    2 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce, creamed
    black pepper
    8 ounces smoked mackerel
    watercress, roughly chopped
Preparation
    Mix the curd cheese with the horseradish sauce, season with black pepper and spread on the bagel bases.
    Flake the mackerel on top with some watercress and finish with the bagel tops.
