Brown Sugar Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups brown sugar
    1 cup butter
    1 cup evaporated milk (canned)
    2 lbs icing sugar (powdered sugar)
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Boil brown sugar, butter and milk over medium heat in a medium size pot, for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add icing sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
    Beat with hand mixer until smooth.
    Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
    Let cool.
