Ingredients

1 cup soymilk
1 banana, frozen and sliced
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, salted
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable protein powder (optional)
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, adding only enough ice cubes to fill two cup container.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
