Green Papaya Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 green chilies
    5 garlic cloves
    1/3 cup dried shrimp
    1 1/2 tablespoons palm sugar
    2 cups shredded papayas
    1/2 cup shredded carrot
    1/2 cup string bean, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1/4 cup peanuts
    1 tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
    3 tablespoons lime juice
    2 tablespoons fish sauce
Preparation
    Using a mortar and pestle, crush the chili and garlic. Add the dried shrimps, continue crushing. Add the sugar and continue to pound. Add the remaining ingredients and pound lightly, mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning-you are looking for a balance between sweet, spicy, salty and sour.
