1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
3/4 cup coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation

Beat egg, add butter and cream.
Add the two sugars and cream well.
Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8-10 minutes.
