Pumpernickel Bread For The Breadmaker - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups warm water
    1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons molasses
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 cups rye flour
    1 1/2 cups bread flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup gluten
    1/4 cup powdered milk
    1 tablespoon caraway seed (optional)
    1 tablespoon cocoa
    2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in the breadmaker in the order given.
    Process according to manufacturer's instructions, using the Whole Wheat setting.
    For a darker bread you can increase the cocoa up to 50%.
