Baked Fish (Pescado Asado) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb) whole fish
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 large potatoes
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 sliced green pepper
    1 sliced onion
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1/4 olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
    Place sliced potatoes on bottom of baking dish.
    Combine garlic,lemon,wine,oil,and pour over fish.
    Arrange green peppers and onions over the fish.
    Bake uncovered at 350 F until fish is flaky.
