Healthier Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup egg substitute
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
    1 (12 ounce) can evaporated skim milk
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    5 cups 1% low-fat milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs and egg substitute until frothy; add sugar and beat well.
    Add condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla, mixing well.
    Pour mixture into a large, heavy saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Let mixture cool.
    Add milk.
    Pour into freezer can and freeze mixture according to manufacturer's instructions.
    Let ice cream ripen about 1 hour.
