Bamboo Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup rice (Bamboo Rice, do NOT rinse rice!)
1 1/2 cups water
Preparation

Bring water to a boil.
Add rice and bring back to boiling.
Stir, cover, reduce heat to low.
Simmer 12-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 5-10 minutes.
Fluff with fork and serve.
