Lemon Glaze Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 lemon gelatin
5 eggs
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients.
Beat 5 minutes on medium speed.
Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
Bake 350* for 1 hour.
NOTES: Glaze: mix powdered sugar, butter and lemon juice well.
Pour over hot cake.
