Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 egg
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 drops young living fennel oil
6 drops young living orange oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together butter, olive oil, egg, vanilla, essential oils and confectioners sugar. Combine remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix together dry and wet ingredients. Roll into small 1 inch round balls and dip top half into granulated sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.
