Chewy Gluten Free Banana Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup gluten-free flour (see Gluten Free Flour Blend)
    1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum or 1/2 teaspoon guar gum
    1/2 cup tapioca flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    3 -4 tablespoons sugar
    2 large bananas, mashed
    water (optional) or milk, as needed to make it a dough consistency (optional)
Preparation
    Combine together all the ingredients, except for the bananas, and mix well.
    Then add in the ripe, well-mashed bananas and mix well.
    Add a splash or two of water or milk if it doesn't combine well (too dry).
    Drop onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
