Sauerkraut Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cups sauerkraut
    1 cup diced potato
    1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 cup brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
    Cover, and cook 4-6 hours, or until the flavors have blended and the soup is thoroughly heated.
