Wine Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter
    2 cups sugar
    2 egg yolks
    5 cups sifted all-purpose flour
    1 pinch salt
    2/3 cup sweet wine
    1 egg white, beaten
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together butter, sugar and egg yolks. Beat until light and fluffy.
    Sift together flour and salt. Add alternately with wine. Mix well. Chill.
    Roll out on a floured board and cut into 2\" rounds. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0F for about 10 minutes.
