Pat'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 cups sugar
    1 cup salad oil
    2/3 cup water
    1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
    3 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/3 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    Topping:
    3 tablespoons melted butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon coffee, hot
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs.
    Add oil.
    Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and add alternately with pumpkin and water to egg mixture.
    Pour into 3 5x9 inch pans or 6-8 3x6 inch pans and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
    Combine topping ingredients and pour over warm bread.
