On-The-Go Egg Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 egg
    1 cup black beans
    1 cup spinach or 1 cup swiss chard
    salt
    cumin
Preparation
    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
    Fry the egg to desired temperature and remove from skillet.
    Microwave the black beans, salt and cumin in a bowl for one minute.
    Remove the bowl from the microwave and add the greens on top.
    Put a lid on the bowl to steam the greens. Remove and add the egg on top.
