Yogurt Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup yogurt (plain)
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Preparation

Cream butter & sugar.
Add eggs.
Stir in Lemon juice, banana, & yogurt.
Add sifted flour, baking powder & salt.
Fold in nuts and lemon zest.
Bake in loaf tin at 350 for 50-60 minute.
