Raisin, Rice And Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1 cup shredded carrot
    2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Measure mayonnaise into a medium bowl. Slowly add buttermilk, whisking until smooth. Whisk in vinegar and honey.
    Stir in rice, carrots, onion, raisins and sunflower seeds if using; mix well.
    Chill thoroughly, preferably at least 24 hours if possible.
