Kir Royale - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces creme de cassis
2 (750 ml) bottles champagne, chilled
8 lemon twists

Preparation

Pour 1 ounce of creme de cassis into the bottom of the 8 flute glass.
Top each with champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon.
