Fried Chicken Livers Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb chicken liver (approximately)
    1 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup flour
Preparation
    Mix milk and egg; set aside. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
    Soak liver in milk and egg.
    Drain liver.
    Shake in flour mixture and fry.
