Sticky Balsamic Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    125 ml balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    4 tomatoes, sliced
    100 g feta cheese
    3/4 cup basil leaves
    salt and pepper
    2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    Place vinegar and sugar in saucepan over medium heat.
    Bring to boil, cook 8 - 10 minutes till thickened.
    Watch carefully though.
    Set aside to cool.
    Arrange tomato, feta and basil on serving plate.
    Drizzle with oil and dressing, season.
