Dr. Fuhrman'S Eat To Live Veg-Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups lentils
    1/2 cup barley or 1/2 cup couscous, uncooked
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 celery ribs, diced
    3 carrots, chopped
    1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
    6 cups chicken broth (can use water to make it vegan)
Preparation
    Mix everything in a large pot.
    Bring to a boil and simmer over low flame for 2 hours.
