Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup white sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup smooth peanut butter
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup skim milk (1 or 2 percent works fine)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
    In a large mixing bowl,sift together flour, sugar,& baking powder.
    Blend in the peanut butter& oil.
    Add egg& milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes,or until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
    Serve warm or cooled.
    Freezes well.
