Gf Vegan Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups gluten-free all purpose baking flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
    1/4 cup dairy-free eggnog
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract (such as Frontier(R) Organic)
    1 1/2 teaspoons egg substitute
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.
    Beat sugar and vegan butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until creamy. Add eggnog, vanilla extract, and egg substitute; mix well. Add the flour mixture; mix dough well. Form dough into balls using an ice cream scoop. Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
    Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
