Raspberry And Apricot Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup raspberries, or to taste
    1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup crushed ice
    1 apricot - peeled, pitted, and chopped
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon flax seeds
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
    Blend raspberries, yogurt, ice, apricot, honey, flax seeds, and lemon juice together in a blender until smooth.
