Pear And Prosciutto Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pear, cored and diced
    1/3 cup diced red onion
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
    1 (4 ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
    1 French baguette, sliced and toasted
    1/3 pound sliced prosciutto, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    Mix pear, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and thyme together in a bowl; set aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
    Spread blue cheese onto toasted baguette slices. Spoon pear mixture onto the blue cheese. Top with prosciutto.
