Zucchini Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups shredded zucchini
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
    Squeeze moisture out of the zucchini. Place in a bowl; add egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
    Place four 1/4-cup scoops of mixture onto each baking sheet and press into 5-inch circles.
    Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 22 to 25 minutes.
