Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Owens sausage (1 hot, 1 mild)
    3 bags cole slaw mix
    soy sauce
    2 pkg. egg roll wraps
Preparation
    Cook the sausage.
    Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add cole slaw mix and more soy sauce to taste. Continue cooking
    until cole slaw is tender.
    Lay out egg roll wrap in diamond shape with point facing you.
    Put heaping tablespoonful in wrap and start rolling until middle.
    Fold the other points in and keep rolling until almost the end.
    On the last end wet with warm water, fold and seal.
    Fry in hot oil until brown.
