Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie shells, uncooked
    1 lb. bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. half and half cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, pour into shells.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Put pies in oven and bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Let set for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
    Serve with garden salad.
