Sweet Potato And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small sweet potatoes (1 1/2 lb.), peeled and sliced
1 lb. (2) apples, cored and sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of white pepper
2 tsp. low-calorie margarine, melted
Preparation

Layer half of each of potatoes and apples in an 8-inch dish, coated with cooking spray.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and pepper; sprinkle half of mixture over potatoes and apples.
Drizzle with half of melted margarine.
Repeat with remaining potatoes, apples and other ingredients.
Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Serves 8; 120 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
